Who We Are...

We have worked within and for, many drawing offices/ estates departments, companies, contractors and the general public on domestic, residential, retail, commercial and private projects. We therefore understand the needs and requirements that you and companies demand. We can tailor our services to dovetail with your particular working practices, either as a one off project or to provide longer term support as your business needs change.

We have over 30 years of CAD drawing and building surveying experience.

It Started...In 1970

I grew up loving and having a natural ability to draw and create. I could spend hours in my own world creating spaceships and other technical type drawings, long before I knew what technical drawing was...

It Continued...In The 80's

I was always going to either become a technical illustrator or an Architect. I was lucky to be approached at the end of my final year of school by a reasonably local Architectual practice, looking for someone to take on as a trainee Architectural Technician under the YTS scheme, starting on the drawing board. Going out doing measured surveys, producing existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, sections & technical details. That's we're my professional drawing career began...

In the 90's...To Date

Since that time I have worked for a design and build company, went back to college for 2 years studying Graphic Design & Illustration. I couldn't afford to go on to Bournmouth College and study Technical Illustration so an opportunity came up at a local CAD/ surveying bureau. It gave me the time to expand my knowledge and experience both on and off site for large and small companies alike on a variety of projects...

To The Future...

When I was made redundant, the opportunity arose to start my own company, which I took, I'm now in the process of expanding our client base, looking out for various projects with which we as a company, can assist you, either as the main point of call or on a sub contract basis.
